Office Clerk [Canada]


 

This is a Temporary to Permanent position

Position Summary
Our client has an immediate opening for an office administrator in the Dufferin and Finch area in North York .

Day Shift: 8am-4:30pm $20.00/hour + 4% vacation pay

Available starting ASAP

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of office administrative/reception experience is an asset.
  • Completion of College Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Role Includes:

  • Database management and data entry
  • Invoicing
  • Filing and clerical
  • Order support and entry
  • Create and process invoices and payments
  • General backup admin duties
  • Take customer inquiries (gather and distribute information based on inquiries), answer phones, transfer calls as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)
