Position Summary
Our client has an immediate opening for an office administrator in the Dufferin and Finch area in North York .
Day Shift: 8am-4:30pm $20.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
Available starting ASAP
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of office administrative/reception experience is an asset.
- Completion of College Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Role Includes:
- Database management and data entry
- Invoicing
- Filing and clerical
- Order support and entry
- Create and process invoices and payments
- General backup admin duties
- Take customer inquiries (gather and distribute information based on inquiries), answer phones, transfer calls as needed.
