TEAM MEMBER
Freshii Team Members are the face of our brand.
The number one goal of a team member is to energize every guest- by making them feel welcome. Team members should be educating our guests on our menu! Along with this task, TM’s must ensure a guest’s order is to their exact specification and suggestive sell to guests using their knowledge of the Freshii menu and product line. When a team member is at the Cashier station, they deal with cash transactions, therefore, attention to detail and accountability are equally important in this role. When on the line or finishing station, the team members are responsible for creating perfectly portioned items for our guest. They are also the last interaction the guest will have, so inviting the guest back is a must. Team members will report to the Store Manager and Team Leader but will be empowered to make your own decisions that create the best overall experience for our guests by following Freshii’s vision, mission, and core values.
A day in the life
- Suggestive sells protein on bowls, soups, burritos, wraps and salads.
- Educates every guest on the Freshii menu to provide the Freshii experience.
- Suggests base upgrades and knows the nutritional benefits of a premium base.
- Suggests snacks, drinks, or add ons to compliment a meal.
- Balances a sense of urgency with providing exceptional service to every guest.
- Explains and sells the Freshii Juice Cleanse.
- Is an expert on all premium toppings, superfoods and the associated nutritional benefits.
- Is an expert on the Freshii LTO program, as well as the current LTO.
- Solves guest issues with a guest first attitude and knows when to elevate an incidence to management.
- Closes and opens the till with accuracy - no overage or shortage.
- Recommends meals based on guest preference for flavor profiles.
- Knows which allergens are present in every menu item.
- Takes pride in getting to know the Freshii community and refers to guests by name while engaging in friendly conversations
- Successfully creates all menu items accurately.
- Communications with guests as orders are completed.
- Thanks every guest and asks them to return.
- Completes daily checklists and in store tasks as delegated by manager.
- Completes all Freshii U online training.
- Communicates with guests to provide excellent service without fail.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Successfully trains and masters each station in the store (Team Leader / Store Manager verifies using the Station Certification checklist)
Physical & Sensory Demands
The team member role is rewarding, and like any worthwhile experience there is hard work that is required. As such, working at Freshii may not be for everyone. Understand that Freshii team member must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment for extended hours standing. A team member will responsibly handle cash, resolve guest complaints and expertly explain the menu to all guests. The Freshii Heavy lifting of up to 50lbs (23kg) is also required. Due to our versatile product offering and commitment to keeping our menu fresh and innovative, you must be willing to work with a variety of ingredients and not be limited to foods you can work with.
